Caring Brands Inc. Appoints Tyler Moore as Chief Financial Officer

Fort Pierce, FL (OTCQB: CBRA) – Caring Brands Inc. today announced the appointment of Tyler Moore as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Moore brings more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience, with a strong foundation in technical accounting and internal controls from his early career at Ernst & Young and Deloitte. He has held senior leadership positions across both public and private companies, with expertise in SEC reporting, acquisitions, and financial operations.

From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Moore served as Chief Accounting Officer for Benefytt, where he successfully managed all public filings and audits, completed three acquisitions, and oversaw the company’s sale to private equity. He went on to serve in roles as Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Health IQ from 2021 to 2023. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Accounting for Waldencast, a multi-brand beauty and wellness company, where he led financial operations, SEC compliance and reporting, and corporate audits.
